This was the first major step of the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) operations under the temporary brand. Since the transfer of the stations and services major improvements have taken place. From 31st May 2015 TfL Rail took over the following service from London Liverpool Street to Shenfield via Ilford & Romford. The Network

The fleet plays a massive part of the Dial a Ride operations. Fully accessible vehicles with the use of wheelchair lifts, ramps, support bars and aids. They can transport up-to eight wheelchairs at any given time. Due to their size, they can travel down small narrow residential roads which are often not served by normal full size buses.
The fleet has been modernised every few years to keep up with the latest emissions - providing cleaner and greener journeys.

The Dial a Ride fleet consists of 256 vehicles, all of which are Euro 6* compliant diesel vehicles.
